Put people in employment in integration to support them towards stable and sustainable employment. Put people in a production situation, to train them, pass on the skills and attitudes expected on the labor market.
The very principle of the integration project is to start from the production activity to offer each employee comprehensive support, training and individualized training.
Through the activities of its three integration projects (hotel-type maintenance, collective catering and upgrading-transformation), Solidarity Initiatives, offers 45 integration jobs in Aubervilliers and Stains, to residents of the territory oriented on social criteria by associations, social partners and public employment operators.
